Item Details

An early 19th century Elm tripod table. The top of this pretty table is formed from a single piece of solid Elm with fine markings and rich patination. On the underside of the table top is the original catch mechanism which when released allows the table to stand in the upright position if necessary. The top is supported by a central turned polished Elm stem raised upon a splayed tripod base. English Georgian tripod table circa 1820.
