Item Details

A decorative pair of late 19th century wall mirrors in the Adam style. The slender oval frames to these elegant mirrors still hold the original pristine bevelled glass. The tops are surmounted with a stylised Grecian urn draped with swags and bows. Beneath each mirror sits a graceful ribbon tied bow. The original gilding has rubbed and faded in places creating a wonderfully atmospheric surface. Original back boards. Superb original condition. English oval wall mirrors circa 1890.
