Item Details

A 19th century grape harvest table. The oval cherrywood top to this iconic French table is supported by two nicely shaped uprights with turned ring detail. The table was designed to be easily carried through the vineyards and so to be stored in the upright position when not in use. The table top can be secured into a stable position above a central swivel support when needed. Perfect to be used as a small dining / breakfast or centre table. Gorgeous golden colour with a richly patinated surface. Solid cherrywood harvest table. France circa 1880.
