A large oval cherrywood dining table. The impressive scale of this elegant table is such that could seat eight dinner guests comfortably, ten at a squeeze! The long slender drop leaf sides are supported by a series of gate legs hinged at the frame which can be swung out when the table is in use allowing maximum leg room. The solid table top is a formed from a series of wide cherrywood timbers, all beautifully seasoned to a deep golden colour with a richly polished surface. Raised upon on eight elegant solid cherrywood legs terminating with pad feet. Large fruitwood dining table circa 1910.
