This French 19th-century gilt bronze table lamp showcases an exquisite chiselled decor in the manner of the renowned 18th-century furniture designer Juste-Aurèle Meissonnier. Inspired by the Rococo taste, it features dynamic scrolls, graceful acanthus leaves, three charming putti holding the candle holder, and a wide fluted base. The ornamentation is of exceptional quality and the lamp features the mark of the foundry E. Colin & Cie  (1875-1903).


With an impressive size and sumptuous gilded surface, this table lamp makes a refined statement piece.
