18th Century Chinoiserie Side or Small Centre Table This Table showcases exquisite craftsmanship with its gracefully curved legs terminating in distinctive hoof feet. The table is decorated in the round and although clearly visible the chinoiserie decoration is distressed reflecting its rich history. The extraordinary slab marble top is undoubtedly later but is patinated and worn suggesting most likely early 20th century replacement. The colour and interest of the slab marble sits beautifully with the aged surface of the table. Dutch, Circa 1780.
