https://www.decorativecollective.com/dealers/the-house-of-antiquesEarly 20th Century Rare Chicken Fairground Target Panel from Paris
Made from pine and papier Mache with hand painted detail. Known as a Passé Boule in France these fairground amusement examples were used as fairground games requiring customers to throw small balls or sand bags into the mouths of these handmade panels. Still with its original pine support stand in place and in overall very presentable condition. These examples are now becoming rare due to the material they were made from and becoming damaged over the years. We luckily uncovered this example from a private fairground collector in Paris early this month.
