Early 20^th Century Scratch Built Boat Model

The Pilote Niviere is a French working vessel which sailed from the early part of the 20^th century to the 1980s. This model is made from found items, constructed from a brass and wood. The painted brass hull is well formed as is the deck sections. Mounted onto a bespoke pine base with brass name plaque. Of good proportions and very well executed detail in our humble opinion.

Completely solid in structure and form, with natural wear and patination across all surfaces due to age and use. Flaking paint, this item shows aged repairs including, the wood has naturally aged with light loss in sections.

An original example so please expect imperfections as suggested and shown in the photos provided. We have tried to show all its flaws in the photos.
