19thCentury Religious Hand Carved Walnut Figure of St Jean
An exceptionally well carved late 19th Century figure of St Jean (John the Baptish) with lamb, dated 1889 and carved by A. Niederberger. Made from one piece of walnut mounted onto an ebonised base, stunning craftsmanship and attention to detail across all this figure as shown in the photos provided.

Completely solid in structure and form, a deep natural patina across the whole item, an artifact that dates over 100 years so expect this to reflect in its condition.
