A late Georgian pitch pine crate that would off originally been used for transporting a dog on a carriage. In wonderful original condition, with its original green painted finish that has a superb surface only obtained from time and use.


Of a great proportions and large in size, the box has a hinged top to allow easy access inside (can be locked from the inside), to the front is an iron grille with its period brass latch, the sides are vented.


Perfect to use as a dog bed with the door left open as . A fabulous piece in super condition.
