Instinctively signed and inscribed 1869 on verso.


Housed in a period gilt and gesso frame, age related knocks and abrasions. The painting itself has a very slight sag top left where it has come away from its card backing, otherwise in perfectly good untouched condition, oil on canvas laid to card


The original painting is housed at the Prado in Madrid
