A odd anthropomorphic taxidermy Vervet (Chlorocebus Pygerythrus) Monkey in a typical boxing stance.

Housed in a glazed case with the interior painted as a boxing ring, the outta glass also has a decorative pelmet and curtains applied.

The monkey has a small pair of leather boxing gloves on its hands.

Its likely this was part of a travelling freak show or the like, due to the stylistic painterly style often seen on showman's signs & wagons
