A simplistic, Modernist designed German silver plated pitcher jug, Circa 1940/50s, which is perfect for water or cocktails. This versatile jug would also look splendid as a vase for flowers. Stamped to the base Alpaca which was the mark for German nickel silverplated wares in the first half of the 20th Century. Some patina and wear in places commensurate with age and use.
