This is an extraordinary and extremely rare antique French fortune teller's crystal ball with three cherubs that dates from the 19th century. Discovered recently in Avignon in the Provence region of France from a private collection of 'Cabinet Of Curiosities', this fascinating treasure - of great artistic quality - consists of a glass ball that is about 11 cm or approximately 4.3 inches in diameter. The ball is held by three small angels that are created from bronze in silver finish. This is a curious and stunning antique artefact that measures about 23.5 x 12.5 x 12.5 cm or approximately or 9.2 x 4.9 x 4.9 inches. It is in lovely antique condition with minor signs of ageing mainly seen in some patina on the bronze, which in my opinion only brings forth its true remarkable beauty and splendour today.
