This is a marvellous and rare antique Italian decorative plaque with dancing cherubs that dates from the 19th century. Discovered recently in Milan, this magnificent treasure is created as a deep bronze relief with the exquisite artistry and craftsmanship. Three playful cherubs or fairies are depicted in a wonderful 3D movement while dancing and playing their musical instruments. This is a fabulous treasure of excellent artistic quality and charm as well as the condition with minor signs of ageing. It has a glossy finish and it measures about 32.7 x 33.7 cm or approximately 12.8 x 13.2 inches. It is exactly as I discovered it with another astonishing bronze from the same place that is also in my store and can be seen in the last image of this listing [if needed as a pair].
