Large antique neoclassical style stripped pine fireplace ready for finishing in paint, stain or wax. Dating from the Victorian era, this wooden surround is influenced by neoclassical styling, carved with column-shaped jambs, egg and dart moulding and a central tablet detailed with swag. Thanks to its large scale and decorative design, this antique fireplace makes an impressive feature piece of a main room.

CONDITION REPORT
Good structural condition. Stripped, natural wood finish. Once had bell pushers on the sides; these are partly remaining. A little decay by the bottom left jamb.
