A large and imposing carved pine Georgian style fire surround, circa 1790 with later alterations.


Designed in the architectural style, this antique fireplace features large scrolling brackets to the jambs and repeating acanthus leaf motifs to the frieze with blank tablet to the centre.


Completed with a stained finish that give the pine its handsome medium wood tone, this reclaimed fire surround is an impressive chimneypiece for traditional interiors as well as a character feature of more modern spaces.
