A superb pair of large antique carved hardwood seashells.


In an impressive scale, these wooden decorative pieces are depictions of a conch (left) and fig shell (right), showcasing details of the original subjects, from the curved pigmented layers to the horned ends.


Dating to the 20th century, this pair would look striking displayed in the entire of a dining table or mantlepiece.
