Item Details

This elegant pair of reclaimed metal gate posts circa 1850 provide a beautiful frame to a garden or driveway. Not only is it rare to find a complete pair but it is unusual to find them in such good condition after more than 150 years of use. Made from sturdy cast iron, they were salvaged from a farm in Norfolk and feature shallow pyramid-shaped tops. They are designed to be set deep into the ground, so any damage or losses to the base pictured would be out of sight once installed.
