A good set of mezzotints depicting the four continents of the globe, Europe, Asia, America & Africa. With their original hand colouring, retaining their original verre églomisé mounts although now within hand made copies of 18th century print frames.
Provenance with Baynton-Willliams, Knightsbridge, their label to the reverse declaring the prints to be published June 10th 1800 by P. Stampa, Dorrington Street, Leather Market.
