Engraved portrait of Pierre Ignace de Braux by Pieter (Pierre-Louis) van Schuppen (Flemish; working in France between 1627–1702). Published 1661, after the work by Charles Beaubrun (French, 1604–1692).
Fine, sharp and inky egraving, cut to within the plate mark but otherwise in excellent condition. Within a dark stained oak moulding frame and conservation mount.
