Item Description
Fabulous Italian polychrome iron standard lamp. This unique and decorative piece was originally a tall candle holder that was later converted to a floor lamp in the 20th century .
Featuring 3 stylised flowers and foliage to the top and the stem has pretty painted floral and foliate decoration, it has a brass bulb/candle holder sitting in a gilt metal cup and central brass ornamentation. The stem leads down to a gilt metal surround and terminates on a beautifully scrolled foot with further foliate tole flourishes.
Rewired and PAT tested to UK standards.
