A beautiful early 19th century, or earlier, French round wooden bowl. Hand carved in a dark wood which has acquired a lovely rich patina after so many years of use. It is the perfect fruit bowl or even a good sized salad bowl. These old and well-used, hand worked items are rare and should be treasured...Circa 1850
