French ophthalmologic medical moulage half face.
We have also had a hint that it could have been a prosthetic replacement, however if so it has never been used and there are no holes or clips to attach this to a face, so maybe it was in fact a pathology piece made to help with diagnosis.
It feels strange to say how beautiful she is, but she is.
Bought from a Frenchman who had bought it from two sisters who had it in the family for decades, everything about it is exquisite, just look at that delicate eyebrow.
