Art Nouveau Spring Chandelier – in the Manner of WAS Benson
A magestic antique chandelier carrying all the characteristics of William Benson. From the leaf detail to the coiled spring arms. We have spent quite some time examining this beautiful piece and looking for the Benson stamp but sadly cannot find one. We have also spoken to several WAS Benson specialists. Each one has said that they believe it to be the work of William Benson but without the stamp, we cannot advertise it as such. Therefore, the price has been reduced accordingly.
Fitted with crystal bell shades and a large central crystal bowl. When lit, this chandelier is a stunning centre piece for any room.
Size 50cm high, width 50cm. Weight 7.5kg
Wired with a generous 1 metre of antique gold braided cable. Supplied with high quality brass chain and ceiling rose.
Fitted with three B22 bayonet bulb holders in the central bowl and three more in each of the arms. PAT tested prior to dispatch.
