Rare Gordon Russell Oak Console Dressing Table C1930s
Designed in 1934 by Dick Russell this one is particularly appealing in its simple and easy on the eye design. The table formed part of a collection which embraced the modernist movement with lighter shades of British oak and less elaborate design. Also worth noting is the use of very good English oak.
This one sits in fine order with sensible day to day wear - a few harmless historic marks to the insides of the drawers, well shaped original walnut knobs and is firm with no repairs or wobbles. Ready to enjoy after a careful once over in our workshop. Metal makers badge to the back.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
