Attrractive Mid 19th Century Period Stool Seat Bench C1860

Lovely to find a piece from this period, a little different than the usual pine or oak stool, very decorative with its framed seat and pretty scroll ends. The seat is ready to reupholstery which we can assist for £125 plus VAT and it would need around 1-2 meters of fabric which we are also happy to assist in sourcing with samples etc. Nice to see one not repolished so we have lovely wear in the right places and of such good quality.

The piece sits firm with an historic strong repair at one end, not a concern and not nasty looking. Otherwise it sits rather well and would be perfect for a hall, bedroom or landing to name a few spaces within a period or modern property. Perfectly usable for its purpose not just decorative.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping. 

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
