A tremendous looking Mid Century two seater sofa from British maker George Stone of High Wycombe – with the makers label underneath. The look is great with a leaning towards a more finer and slender frame, echoing its Danish counterparts of the era.

We have had the seat and rear cushion professionally reupholstered in a green textured woven fabric from a small West Country supplier which works perfectly for the Mid Century frame – so all complies with current regs and looks great. The frame has been repolished, it shows sensible historic day to day wear with a pleasing tone to the teak.

Without doubt a fab looking British Sofa from a good maker C1960s.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
