Unusual and Very Decorative Iron Storage Box Table Chest C1915

An interesting and highly decorative storage box which would have held coal or logs but is perfectly suited snuggling up to a chair, plonked in the hallway or maybe in a bathroom.

We would assume around 1910 and such a decorative piece with its hinged lid revealing plenty of space for odd and sods. It is well aged with its well cast wreath shaped handles, beaded top and lovely reeded pillar like legs. The piece sits firm with good historic wear. The liner does have a hole or two but this could be removed very easily.

A lovely little piece of storage for modern or period homes.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
