Item Description
Rare mid 19th.c. Anglo-Indian padouk wine or occasional table c.1860. 24" diameter top with an egg and dart moulded edge over a deep apron with a foliate carved frieze and gadroon moulding. Raised on a splendid shaped and segmented column with carved acanthus detail. Tricorn plinth with carved detail to the sides and raised on turned and carved bun feet. Top can be tipped to vertical when not in use, locking into place with the original brass catch. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
