Item Description
Very smart pair of French Louis XVI style walnut and marble top side tables c.1900. 14" square rouge marble tops with rounded corners and set into a moulded edge. With a single drawer below. Walnut veneers laid in a quartered symmetrical pattern to the drawer front, and repeated on the sides and rear. Original gilded mounts to the front corners and original brass drawer knobs. Slim tapering turned and reeded legs joined with a low stretcher shelf, also veneered to match and raised on turned feet. Damage to the moulding at the side of one table. Otherwise excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
