Item Description
Sweet little George III oak chest of drawers c.1800. Unusually small size, just 29" wide. Solid oak two plank top with an applied edge moulding. Over two short and three long drawers of graduated height. Solid oak drawer fronts with moulded edges and good quality Georgian pattern brass handles with attractive pierced back plates and escutcheons. Raised on particularly good shaped bracket feet at the front and sides. Solid oak cabinet sides and drawer linings. Some old wear to the top, generally very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
