Item Description
Impressively large Persian carpet, very nearly 10 feet wide by over 13 feet long. Finely knotted with a soft pile. Featuring a dense traditional garden pattern in rich reds and blues with scores of flowers and plant motifs symmetrically arranged around a central medallion. Within a broad border with multiple bands of decoration. Short fringe at each end. Labelled made in Iran on the rear. Good colour and condition.
