Item Description
Timeless swing arm floor lamps.
From the 80's. By Besselink & Jones/ London.
Adjustable in height. Swingarm in three sections.
When we found them they were very dark brown. ( unlacquered brass)
We polished them by hand to regain the original nice antique brass look. Some aging spots still showing on the base...giving away its age/ nice patina.
They are unlacquered, so the patina build up continues. Just rub with silver-cloth once a month and they will stay like this.
We rewired them with a double lamp socket cluster...gives you more direct light on your book.
We had two new knife pleat shades with manchet made in an Emerald silk. Gold liner.
Silk cord available.
As shown in image top of shade is at 130cm. ( could go lower and a good 25cm higher)
Shade shown 27.5/17.5/21 cm side.
