Item Description
Circa 1810, quality brass-inlaid rosewood tea caddy with original fittings. The sarcophagus shaped caddy with pagoda top is profusely inlaid with foliate design cut brass on lid, frieze and front, turned carrying handles all over neat turned feet. It has its original working lock and key. The interior with rare cut glass tea bottles (one is damaged) and lids and mixing bowl.
