A mid-Victorian burr walnut inlaid drop-leaf games table, the chess board top framed by double cross-banding with simple moulded fore-edge, the gables with two curved drawers, resting on a stylish turned and carved stem, issuing three carved cabriole legs finishing with a well-carved curled foot.
