Item Description
Circa 1990s. A large zebra hide covered drum table also known as a tableau. The drum table covered in Grant’s Zebra skin (Equus guagga boemi) it is the smallest of the 7 sub species of the plain zebras. The top with two lifting handles to the sides, the skin fixed to the frame beneath by woven strands of the zebra skin, resting on 3 square toes also covered in skin.
