Circa 1860. Quality Victorian brass-bound camphor military trunk. Made in unusually thick camphor wood (that will not split) with brass corners and strapping, the lid with an inset military handle and base with original brass escutcheon and brass carrying handles. With an attractive mellow colour and in excellent condition.
