Item Description
Circa 1900. Rare American cherrywood secretaire cabinet. The polished top above two frieze drawers with original cast brass handles over a long drawer and a tambour front which opens to reveal fitted desk with slide-out writing surface. Beneath are three further drawers with cast brass handles and heraldic carved shields and a locking pilaster on the right-hand side. On rectangular supports over castors.
