This is an antique tambour corner cabinet. A Dutch, walnut and oak inlaid cupboard, dating to the Georgian period, circa 1800.

• Expressive finish and of delightful proportion for corner room placement

• Oak panelling to rear and interior, with fan-shaped shelf

• Marquetry decor to the top with ebony, boxwood and satinwood inlay
• Fascinating tambour door matches the upper marquetry with sash motif decor and conch shell medallion
• Dressed with a small circular brass pull with central foliate decor, opening left to right

• Further inlaid with an attractive geometric pattern and wheat sheaf decor
• Standing upon a pair of tapered block feet at the front
• Single foot to rear, inset slightly to provide room for skirting boards
