This is a large antique charger. A Belgian, ceramic serving plate with decorative finish, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1920.
- Of generous proportion with a charming Delft blue & white taste
- Displaying a desirable aged patina and in good original order
- Substantial white ceramic hosts a fine cobalt blue scene
- Reassuring weight in the hand at 4.13kg (9.10 lb)
- Centre hosts a traditional Belgian castle dock scene
- Broad rim accentuated with ornate foliate patterns
- Maker's mark to the rear for Boch Frères Keramis with artist's initials MG
