English, Circa 1880.
A heavily carved bleached oak sideboard, consisting of 2 pedestal cupboards, a top with 3 drawers and a large mirror.
Solid oak construction and later bleached, this statement sideboard is carved all over, with figures, fruits, foliage and green man motifs.
The removable large mirror sits on an inverted breakfront top with carved edge, having 3 frieze drawers along the front, all pulling smoothly with green man carved handles.
The top sits on 2 pedestal cupboards, with raised panelled doors flanked either side with decorative carvings which act as handles for opening.
The left hand cupboard holds 2 removable shelves with a deep drawer below and the right hand side holds another 2 removable shelves with a slide drawer below.
In very good condition, ready for the home.
