An engaging portrait of a St Bernard mountain dog by Cornish artist G. Noble. This beautifully observed study captures the animal's fur and and soft muzzle remarkably well. Oil on board, in its original oak frame. The original St Ives picture framer's label is still attached to the back. Minor dents to the art board, but no distracting damage or marks.
