Item Description
These cushions are made from a really beautiful old Zhuang wedding blanket. The blanket was hand woven in cotton and silk and dates to the early C20. The colours of the silk are natural and were originally lavender and lilac pink and these have faded over time to the wonderful palette you can see now. The blanket is heavy with silk and is in fabulous condition. It's very difficult to find these now. I've backed the cushions with a natural coloured linen and there are zip fasteners and feather pads.
