Item Description
This framed textile is the embroidered ends of a Turkish Ottoman towel. The towel was made from hand spun, hand loomed linen and the embroidery is silk and wire thread. The colours are natural pinks and greens with the odd blue. The design stylised floral. I've mounted it on an antique hemp over a stretched canvas.
