Item Description
This lovely large cushion is made from the 2 halves of a vintage Zhuang minority baby blanket. The blanket dates to 1960s and was hand loomed in red and off white cotton. There are little silk accent colours in the design, in turquoise, indigo and off white. I've backed the blanket with another vintage handloomed textile this time from the Han Chinese. This is indigo with a red pinstripe and it works beautifully. There is a zip fastener and feather pad. It is very hard to find these now in good quality at affordable prices.
