Item Description
These cushions are made from a beautiful thick hand loomed textile from weavers in Myanmar. I love to source new textiles from weaving communities to help keep these skills and traditions alive and provide weavers (usually women) in remote areas of the world with an income. This gorgeous diamond patterned weave is in teal and blue which are both natural dyes. I've added navy coloured tassels and backed the cushions with a vintage hand loomed blue pinstriped textile from the Songjiang weaving district of Shanghai. There are zip fasteners and feather pads.
