A Primitive and Truly Wonderful C18th French Alpine Cupboard in original condition. Of lovely living room proportions, this charming bare pine cupboard has it's original dry patina and colour and it's crude, rudimentary construction is a joy to behold. The whole feel is wabisabi, whilst the slightly awkward proportions and over deep rails also quickly please the eye, resulting in wholesome appreciation of a rare gem of a survivor. By repute from the highest commune in Alpine France.
