Pair of Rare 19th Century Partridge eye Griotte Rouge Marble Candlesticks. This Marble was extensively used in the 17th and 18th Centuries Quarried at Felines Minervois, Herault, France. Examples of it can be found in Fireplace and Upper section of Medallion case in the Kings interior cabinet at The Chateau of Versailles. Excellent patina, some very minor nibbles, Restored. France Circa 1860
