Item Description

A fine pair of mid 20th century prismatic glass pendants, each housed in a heavy gauge cast brass strap gallery.

Very much in the manner of Ruhlmann, who famously redesigned the interior lighting of the Le Bon Marché department store in Paris, the elongated pierced galleries with globular straps holding the glass in situ.

Both sections of glass in perfect condition, age related wear and discolouration to the metal work. The lights also have their original ceiling mounts and a very good quality chains. Each light comes with new three core silk antique style flex and a brass bayonet bulb holder for an easy installation.

French in origins, price is for the pair. 47cm in height, 38cm in diameter, chain length with ceiling mound 84cm
